Superior durability.
All in one panel.

AcousDeck Wall™

AcousDeck Wall™ (Patent Pending) is the AcousDeck acoustic surface, made for walls. Where conventional acoustic wall panels put a wood-look veneer or fabric over a composite substrate, AcousDeck Wall™ pairs a real wood face with a solid wood backing. There is no veneer to chip and no composite core behind it, so the panel stands up to the demands of an occupied space the way only solid wood can.

Layered into a two inch, solid wood panel, the AcousDeck acoustic layer provides up to 0.65 NRC (laboratory testing per ASTM C423 pending). AcousDeck Wall™ is an architectural finish product. It is not sold as a superstructure component. It solves absorption inside a room; it does not address sound transmission between spaces.

AcousDeck Wall™ Features

Solid wood, superior durability. A real wood face and the stability of a solid wood backing, not a wood-look veneer on a composite core. Edges don’t chip and faces don’t dent the way composite panels do, because the material is real wood.

A wall you design. Specify the exposed face species and the acoustic infill color, and the wall becomes a surface interior designers can customize to enhance design intent, rather than one constrained by a panel catalog, available to match the same species and infill palette as the ceiling above it.

Made in Oregon. AcousDeck Wall™ is manufactured in Oregon and supplied direct by Timberlab.
