The project features a plethora of unique connection details, many utilizing bearing shelves to enhance structural integrity. Fabrication, scheduled to span approximately three months at Timberlab's Portland facility, involves creating a variety of distinctive shapes and cuts, particularly in the unique column profiles. The project will incorporate roughly 1,200 pieces of glulam and 300 CLT panels. Installation is set to commence at the end of July 2024.
