Overview
Timberlab provided mass timber installation services on the unique 5 over 2 hybrid timber structure. Located in Charlotte's Mill District, Spacecraft McFly, the building is a block away from Parkwood Station on Charlotte’s Lynx Blue Line light rail, providing a low-carbon, transit-oriented development. Project partner, Kalesnikoff supplied over 700 individual CLT panels spanning up to 60′ lengths to make up the top four floors.
